So lets say I want to make this video to make it automatically play.
But I can't. Because You need to hit play.

1. Create a website: I don't need to because I already have a website
2. Have your video ready.
3.  Go to gifs.com
4. Upload You video
5. Make any changes you want
6. Then Download the video as a gif
Now You're Done
